These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Mountain Sun Medical website at www.mountainsunmedical.com and any related online services (collectively, the "Site"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Not a Substitute for Professional Medical Care

The information provided on the Site is for general informational purposes only and is not intended as a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified healthcare provider with any questions you may have about a medical condition. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of something you have read on this Site.

2. No Doctor-Patient Relationship Through the Site

Using the Site, contacting us through web forms, or reading content on the Site does not by itself create a doctor-patient relationship between you and Mountain Sun Medical or any of its providers. A doctor-patient relationship is established only after an appointment is confirmed and an evaluation is completed.

3. Telehealth Services

Telehealth involves the use of electronic communications to enable healthcare providers to share individual patient medical information for the purpose of improving patient care. By participating in a telehealth visit, you acknowledge that:

• Telehealth services have potential benefits and risks similar to in-person care, but the technology may at times fail, leading to delays or interruptions.
• Not every medical issue is appropriate for telehealth; your provider may recommend an in-person visit.
• You have the right to withhold or withdraw consent to telehealth at any time.
• Telehealth visits with our providers are limited to patients physically located in states where our providers are licensed at the time of the visit.

4. Appointments, Cancellations, and No-Shows

Appointment scheduling, rescheduling, cancellation, and no-show policies are made available at the time of booking and may be updated from time to time. Please contact our office for current policies.

5. Billing and Insurance

You are responsible for understanding your insurance coverage and any out-of-pocket costs. Payment is due as agreed at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made. Specific pricing displayed on the Site is informational and subject to change.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, accounts, computer systems, or networks connected to the Site.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute relating to the Site or these Terms will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Salt Lake County, Utah.
